Scientists dismiss detox schemes

We have all seen all sorts of detox products,
all endorsed by ppl like Dongfang Billy and other celebrities.
it already is a well known medical fact that,
there is no conclusive evidence at all that detox is necessary,
or even desirable.
if our body is unable to detox itself,
we would be suffering from organ failure,
especially that of the liver.
the liver is our body's own detox factory.
detox is not a cure all for anything.
please follow a decent diet and exercise regularly.
your body will thank u for it.
